In conjunction with our Madison Crossing Lounge restaurant and bar, we also offer a separate banquet hall for group functions - from corporate events and wedding receptions to small, intimate engagements as well as Motor Coach Tours. 

Whether you simply need a meeting space or require a full-service food and beverage venue, we offer a variety of options to suit your needs.  Our menu includes, but is not limited to, buffets, hors d’oeuvres, meal entrees, salads, starches, vegetables, chef stations, desserts, and a superb selection of beverages.  A full cash bar plus a variety of beer and wine are available as well.

The Madison Crossing Event Center is over 1600 square feet of space located in the original West Yellowstone School which was built in 1918.  The Group Event Center accommodates up to 75 people for seated dining and over 150 people standing or for classroom/theater seating.  We also have a sound system and a stage for music, presentations or theater that’s available upon request.
